1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the USA with free shipping on all orders.
2. How long does shipping take?

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days.
3. What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
4. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At the moment, we only offer standard free shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available in the future.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's status.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, changes cannot be made. Please contact us at c.support@lusaryhome.com as soon as possible.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your order has already been processed and shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
8. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance. If you need further help, reach out to us at c.support@lusaryhome.com.
9. What if I receive a damaged package?
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If the package was delivered in your absence and is damaged, email us with photos of the damage, and we will assist you.
